Scope and purpose

The Self-Exclusion Policy (the "Policy") governs voluntary self-exclusion and time-out measures accessible to Players on 7i777. It sets out the available options, the process for initiation and termination, and the consequences for active play during an exclusion period. The Policy supplements the Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy and aims to promote responsible gaming and to protect Players from gambling-related harms in accordance with applicable law.

Definitions

Account means the Player profile maintained by 7i777 which enables access to all products offered on the Platform. Time-out means a temporary break from all 7i777 products selected by a Player for a defined period, during which deposits, withdrawals and play are restricted. Self-exclusion means a longer-term cessation of access to the Platform for a period selected by the Player, with the Account disabled for the duration of the period. Exclusion period means the duration of Time-out or Self-exclusion. Promos or marketing communications are subject to exclusion rules; see section on communications.

Initiating Time-out or Self-exclusion

Requests must be made by written communication to the 7i777 Customer Support team. The Player should specify the chosen option (Time-out or Self-exclusion) and, for Self-exclusion, the intended period. The Company will respond with the available durations and confirm the action in writing. For Time-out, revocation can be requested after 24 hours from the initial request. For Self-exclusion, the process includes an initial cooling-off period described below and completion of any required steps before the chosen exclusion begins.

Time-out (short break)

Time-out is a short-term interruption from all 7i777 products. The available Time-out periods are shown in the Player’s Account Profile. During Time-out, the Player cannot deposit, withdraw funds, or access any product, and the Platform will prevent login for gambling purposes. A revocation of Time-out can be made only after 24 hours from the initial Time-out request; upon revocation, the Account is reactivated, and access resumes on a non-gambling basis subject to verification. Time-out ends automatically at the end of the selected period, after which the Account is reactivated.

Self-exclusion (extended break)

Self-exclusion is a more extended cessation from gambling through the Platform. Initiation requires an email request. Upon receipt, the Player’s Account enters a 24-hour cooling-off period during which the Account is disabled and no gambling activity is possible. After the cooling-off period, the Operator informs the Player of the available Self-exclusion periods. The Player must respond by email with the selected period: the available periods range from 6 months to 5 years. If no period is specified, the default period is 6 months. There can be no variation to pre-selected time periods. Once the Self-exclusion period starts, the Account is disabled and deposits and withdrawals are blocked for the duration. On expiration, the Account is automatically reactivated. Early reactivation may be possible only if the Player provides a written request and the Company, in its absolute discretion, approves.

Effects during exclusion

During any Time-out or Self-exclusion, the Player’s ability to deposit or withdraw funds, or to gamble, is restricted. The Platform will not process requests for gambling activity during the exclusion period. Additionally, 7i777 will not send promotional material to Players who have activated Time-out or Self-exclusion, and will implement reasonable measures to prevent marketing communications. The Company may monitor for attempts to circumvent exclusion via other accounts or altered registration data, and accepts responsibility to take appropriate action if such circumvention is detected.

Financial protections and limits

Players may set spend and betting limits in the My Account section. If any limit is exceeded, further gambling action may be blocked. Requests to revoke limits or modify exclusions must be provided in writing or via electronic notice; the Company will consider such requests in its sole discretion and may deny them. 7i777 will use reasonable steps to ensure exclusions are observed and will not promote to excluded Players. The Player acknowledges that ongoing non-compliant activity may lead to additional sanctions.

Reactivation and aftercare

At the end of the agreed exclusion period, the Account will automatically be reactivated. The Player may request earlier reactivation only by written notice; the Company will consider such requests in its sole discretion. The Player is encouraged to seek assistance if gambling issues are present, including contacting local gambling support services as appropriate.

Data protection, privacy and compliance

7i777 will process Personal Data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and the Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and KYC/AML policies. Data collected for the purposes of Self-exclusion will be retained for regulatory and anti-fraud reasons for a period consistent with legal obligations and internal policies. Information related to a Player’s exclusion status may be shared with responsible gaming authorities as required by law.

Communications and marketing

During Active Time-out or Self-exclusion, 7i777 will refrain from sending promotional communications to the Player. Any contact related to account management, security or regulatory compliance will continue as necessary. The Player acknowledges that marketing communications may be restricted under applicable rules to excluded Players.

Support and guidance

For guidance on gambling-related issues, Players may contact publicly available gambling support services. 7i777 provides instructions for support options and will cooperate with such services where applicable. If in doubt, Players should seek professional help from qualified advisers or helplines in their jurisdiction.

Governing law and jurisdiction

This Policy is part of the Terms & Conditions governing the use of 7i777 and shall be interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws described therein. In the event of any inconsistency between this Policy and the Terms & Conditions, the Terms & Conditions shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.

Players will be notified of changes in accordance with the Terms & Conditions and may terminate activity before the effective date of any material change.
