Overview
The 7i777 Partner Program sets the terms for affiliates promoting the 7i777 family of online gambling brands. This document outlines eligibility, commission models, payment timelines, reporting, promotional controls, and the responsibilities of both parties. The program is designed to align affiliate growth with responsible gambling standards and rigorous compliance obligations.
Eligibility and Acceptance
Eligibility requires an active marketing operation with lawful business practices and a website or channel that complies with applicable laws. Applicants must submit complete business information, tax or VAT details where required, and payment preferences. 7i777 reserves the right to conduct due diligence, including KYC checks, before granting approval. Acceptance is evidenced by the execution of the Master Affiliate Agreement and activation of the affiliate account.
Commission Models
7i777 offers flexible compensation structures to match partner performance and strategy. The principal models are:
- CPA (Cost per Acquisition): a fixed payment for each qualified new real-money player who meets defined criteria. Rates vary by market and product mix and are confirmed at the time of deal signing. CPA is payable on sustainable activations defined in the applicable deal schedule.
- RevShare (Revenue Share): a percentage of net revenues generated by referred players. The rate is tiered and may adjust based on monthly net revenue thresholds or partner performance, with transparent gearing announced in the deal terms.
- Hybrid: a combination of CPA and RevShare where applicable. Hybrid arrangements provide an upfront CPA for onboarding plus ongoing RevShare on eligible player activity, calibrated to deliver balanced incentives for growth and retention.
Deal specifics, including rate bands, payout cycles, and eligibility windows, are defined in the individual contract with the affiliate and are subject to periodic review and adjustment in accordance with program policies.
Onboarding and Support
Onboarding begins after approval and execution of the Master Affiliate Agreement. Affiliates receive access to the Affiliate Portal, including tracking tools, promotional assets, and performance reports. A dedicated Affiliate Manager is assigned to assist with campaign setup, optimization strategies, and compliance guidance. Timeframes for onboarding are established in the contract and typically include confirmation of tracking pixels and attribution settings.
Tracking, Attribution and Reporting
7i777 provides real time analytics through a secure partner dashboard. Data categories include referrals, activations, deposits, and net revenue attribution. Attribution windows and last-click versus first-click models are defined in the agreement. Reports are available on a scheduled basis and can be exported for reconciliation with third party systems.
Promotional Materials and Brand Usage
All promotional assets originate from the Affiliate Portal and must be used in accordance with brand guidelines. Partners may request alterations only through authorized channels. 7i777 reserves the right to revoke or update assets to reflect product changes, regulatory requirements, or brand positioning. Affiliates may display 7i777 marks and brand elements solely in connection with approved campaigns and in a manner consistent with the guidelines set forth by 7i777.
Promotions and Campaign Governance
Promotional campaigns must comply with applicable advertising standards, target market restrictions, and responsible gaming obligations. Affiliates may not engage in prohibited practices, including deceptive offers, misrepresentations, or inducements to circumvent regulatory controls. Campaigns using promo codes, landing pages, or banners should reference 7i777 only within approved contexts and layouts.
Payments and Payouts
Payments are issued on a monthly cycle for eligible earnings, subject to a minimum payout threshold. Accepted methods include bank transfer and electronic wallets, with processing times and currency options defined in the contract. A reconciliation statement accompanies each payment. Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment details and for notifying 7i777 of any changes within a defined notice period.
Compliance and Risk Management
Every affiliate must adhere to applicable laws, licensing conditions, and 7i777 policy. Prohibited practices include, but are not limited to, cloaking, fraud, misrepresentation of product eligibility, and traffic from prohibited sources. Affiliates must implement measures to prevent underage access and to detect and report suspicious activity as required by law and licensing obligations. 7i777 may suspend or terminate a partner for breach, with all earned but unpaid commissions payable in accordance with the termination terms.
Intellectual Property and Confidentiality
7i777 grants affiliates a non exclusive, non transfer, revocable license to use brand assets for the sole purpose of promoting 7i777 under the program terms. All other IP rights remain with 7i777. Parties shall maintain the confidentiality of non public information shared in connection with the program and shall use such information solely to perform obligations under the agreement.
Term, Suspension and Termination
The Master Affiliate Agreement governs term length, renewal, suspension, and termination. Either party may terminate with notice as specified in the agreement. 7i777 may suspend or terminate access for material breach, regulatory concerns, or misuse of assets. Upon termination, ongoing earnings may be settled in accordance with the final accounting period and any undisputed payments due shall be paid in the standard cycle.
Change of Terms
7i777 reserves the right to amend program terms, rate cards, and promotional policies. Material changes will be communicated in writing with reasonable notice to affiliates. Continued participation after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which 7i777 operates and conducts business. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through the agreed dispute resolution mechanism specified in the contract, including the option of court or arbitration as appropriate to the governing law and jurisdiction.
Data Protection and Privacy
Both parties shall comply with applicable data protection laws and regulations. Personal data processed in the course of the program is done so only for performance of the agreement and in accordance with the applicable privacy notices. Affiliates shall implement reasonable security measures to protect data under their control.
Contact and Support
Affiliates may contact their dedicated Affiliate Manager or the program support team for assistance with onboarding, campaign optimization, or technical issues. General inquiries may be addressed to the program mailbox as defined in the affiliate agreement.
